At Ibiza Hair, we want you to be completely satisfied with your professional styling tools; however, due to hygiene standards, we can only accept returns on unused and unopened products within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused item in its original professional packaging, ensuring the security seal remains intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship to Studio

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked carrier of your choice to send the package back to our distribution center.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse verifies the item's condition, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
